Two-day Internal Training Seminar

One of the main pillars of NEOTEX's strategy is the development of the company's human potential, through continuous training and the enrichment of its skills. That is why the company has established the holding of training seminars at regular intervals for its employees, with the aim of getting to know - especially the new colleagues - the range of products, the advantages of the Systems that the company proposes for the construction industry, in order to acquire all the necessary technical knowledge and skills to meet the high demands of their roles.
 
The NEOTEX training seminar program always includes 2 training cycles (one theoretical and one practical, with application of the products with the support of the members of the Technical Support Department of NEOTEX) in a specially designed facilities area of the company -  where the Technical Seminars of the applicators are also held/ professionals.

The seminar was attended by colleagues from the Technical Support, Sales, Export, Marketing and R&D departments, and the participants had the opportunity to cultivate teamwork and cooperation among themselves
